Terms and Conditions – Test Drive & Win Promotion
1. Promoter: Omoda Jaecoo Brookvale, Motor Dealer Licence MD17692.
2. Promotion Period: Saturday, 25th October, during regular dealership trading hours.
3. Eligibility:

• Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Participants must complete a valid test drive at Omoda Jaecoo Brookvale on 24th October 2025 to be eligible.
• Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter:

• Complete a test drive of any Omoda or Jaecoo vehicle at Omoda Jaecoo Brookvale on 25th October 2025.
• One (1) entry per person.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive two (2) general admission tickets to the Boost Mobile AUSX Sydney Supercross event on Saturday, 26th October 2025.
• Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random on 25th October 2025 after the promotion closes at 3 pm.
• The winner will be notified by phone or email on the same day.

7. Prize Collection

• Tickets must be collected from Omoda Jaecoo Brookvale prior to the event or delivered electronically (subject to availability).

8. Liability

• The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of participation in this promotion or use of the prize.

9. General

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to vary or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
